Organizational Structure

At Helene British School, our organizational structure is designed to ensure effective leadership, academic excellence, and the holistic development of every learner. Guided by a team of experienced and dedicated professionals, the school maintains high standards in teaching, administration, and student welfare across all educational levels. The school is led by our Proprietor, Dr. Emmanuel John Ekott, whose vision and commitment provide strategic direction for the institution. The overall academic and administrative operations are overseen by the Head Teacher, Mrs. Theresa Chijioke Odom. Supporting the school's mission are the heads of each academic section: Miss Esther Akpan, Head of Pre-School; Mrs. Blessing Udom, Head of Junior School; and Mr. Ifiok Abia, Head of High School. Together, this leadership team works collaboratively to create a nurturing, disciplined, and inspiring learning environment where every child is empowered to achieve their full potential
